What is covered under the warranty?


Your warranty covers parts and labor associated with repair and/or replacing the front glass and the LCD screen of your device.



What is NOT covered under warranty?


Excessive physical damage (drops over 6 feet or multiple points of impact i.e. device run over by a car), liquid damage and/or damage not affecting the front glass of your device.



How long do I have to register my product?


To qualify for warranty coverage, you must register your device within 14 days of purchase.



When will my coverage begin?


Your coverage begins 10 days after your warranty registration has been validated.



What will I need to register my warranty policy?


To register your warranty please have your device's make, model and IMEI numbers available. You may be required to submit a proof of function photo of your device.



Are there specific locations where I need to get my device repaired?


We do not have restrictions regarding service facilities. You may submit an estimate from the repair facility of your choosing.



How many claims can I make?


This warranty has a 1 claim limit within a 12 month period from the date of purchase.
