When can I purchase a CPS warranty?

If you did not but an extended warranty at the time of purchase, you are invited to purchase a CPS warranty within:

12 months from the date of purchase on new products

90 days from the date of purchase on refurbished products

Additionally, if your extended warranty is about to expire, you may renew your coverage within 30 days of expiration!

Are there any deductibles?

No, under this plan you are not required to pay a deductible at time of claim

What happens if my product breaks?

How do I service my product?

CPS offers 3 repair options:

CPS will email you a prepaid shipping label to send your product to a local repair center. Once the repair is complete, your product will be shipped back to you.

Select a local service center of your choice and submit your estimate to CPS for approval (cs@cpscentral.com). CPS will reimburse you directly once your repair is complete.

If local service is not available for your product, CPS will reimburse you for the full invoice price paid for your product (excluding tax/duty and shipping).
